How to spot a scam
The signs of a scam, what Remiga will never ask you for, and what to do if you think you have been targeted.
Scammers like bitcoin because a payment cannot be reversed. The good news is that almost every scam asks for one of three things, and Remiga will never ask you for any of them.
We will never ask for your recovery words. Not by email, not by phone, not in a chat and not on a website that looks like ours. Anyone who asks for them is trying to steal your bitcoin.
We will never call you to move your bitcoin to a safe account. If someone calls and says your account is in danger, hang up. Open the app yourself and check.
We will never promise you returns. Messages about doubling your bitcoin, secret trading groups or guaranteed profits are always scams.
Other warning signs are time pressure, a contact you only know from social media, and links that look almost like remiga.app but not quite. Type our address yourself instead of clicking.
If you think you have been targeted, do not send anything. Change your passcode, freeze your card in the app and write to support@remiga.app. If bitcoin has already left your account, report it to the police as well. We help you with everything we can see on our side.

If not, write to support@remiga.app and we will help you directly.
